Once again we found ourselves showing off about who knew more quirky details of the city; the perfect picnic spots, the smallest museum, the most enchanting book shops, all the hidden gems we had stumbled across from years of exploring the metropolis.

There is a fabulous pride (and competitive streak) in people who love local knowledge, the glory of knowing the secrets that are all around us, the triumph of having original adventures in a city that has just so much to offer. Suddenly it was obvious; we must share these secrets in the hope that others will give us theirs. And so we went on a monumental adventure...

Flora Montgomery and Matt Heiman, with the brilliant team of Mark Hughes, Charity Crewe, Willy Sterling, John Dawson and the delicious boys of HeavyLight Design, have put together their highlights of the city, the list just keeps on growing, it is almost impossible for us to walk down a street now without seeing some golden nugget that should be up on the site, there is so much there to share

So, with map, compass and camera in hand we are off to dig deep and continue to bring you the best this city has to offer.
